Loans available for the majority of Nationalities for either House Purchase or re-financing for Home Improvements (other purposes on a case by case basis).

Type of Loan: Repayment Mortgage only (although 5 year Interest only Reviewable Mortgages also considered)

Minimum: £ 150,000 with no maximum (minimum Purchase Price of approx £500,000), subject to 80% of (80% LTV).

Borrowers must have at least £500,000 in free assets available

Proof of Income: It is a requirement in all cases that borrowers are able to provide proof of income. The definition of income may vary from one lender to the next, but generally comprises earned income, pension, rental income and investment income. Each lender may have a different approach in making allowance for a particular type of income, when they establish the maximum loan available for a borrower.

Non-status loans are not available at this stage.

Term: Maximum 35 years for loans up to 60% and maximum 20 years for loans up to 80% - up to borrower being age 70

Currency: Swiss Francs only

Current Variable Interest Rate in Swiss Francs: from 2.25% although loans of a higher LTV% are charged at a slightly higher rate
