What is covered?

Purchase of houses, apartments, buildings and freehold land, modification of completed building are available for individuals.

Type of loans available:

• Mortgages are available for individuals and companies.
• Capital repayment mortgage
• Extraordinary repayment option, up to 20% of mortgage per year
• Fixed rates are available for up to 10 years.

Loan to Value:

• Maximum Loan to Value: 70%

Maximum Loan Amount:

• 3 million Euros or equivalent in other currency

Interest Rates:

• Depends on the currency and type of product
• Rates starting from 4.99% in Euro and 5.89% in Slovakia Koruny

Maximum Term & Age Limit:

• 20 years (not more than 65 years old at maturity)

Currencies Available:

• Euro and Slovakia Koruny

Documents required

• Application form
• Copy of passport
• ID documents (current address, account statement, utility bill, etc)
• Income documents
• Copy of applicant’s employment contract
• Bank account statements for the last 6 months

General fees to consider:

• Bank Arrangement Fee: offers agreement in principle
