Type of loans available:
- Capital repayment mortgage
- Interest only mortgages available for
maximum 5 years
Loan to Value:
- Upto 85% LTV (depending on the development)
- 70% LTV non-status loans are available
- 70% LTV loans are available for re-mortgage
Interest Rates:
- Euro: starting from 6.30%
- Swiss Franc: starting from 4.40%
Maximum Term & Age Limit:
- 25 years (not more than 75 years old at
maturity depending on the lender)
Prepayment Penalty: 0%
- Depending on the lender but is very minimal.

- Completed application form
- P60 or 2 years audited accounts if self
employed
- 6 months bank statements
- Sales & Purchase Contract with Floor plans
and Annexes
- 3 months payslips
General fees to consider:
- Bank Arrangement Fee: Dependant on lender
- Bank Administration fee: € 1200
- Third Party costs: € 900 (approximately)

Other points to note:
- One trip to Budapest is necessary to sign
the notarised deed, set up a power of attorney
and open up a bank account.
