Additional Fees

For associated costs, the approximate/estimated figures are as follows-

  1. Bank’s non-refundable arrangement fee        0.5% of the Loan Amount
  2. Valuation Fee                                            on quotation basis
  3. Legal Fee                                                  1500 plus disbursements
  4. Other costs may include fire insurance etc.
  5. Fidentia Group Fee:                                    0.5% on application
  6. 0.5% on completion of the mortgage
