  • Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB) approval is required for a non-Australian passport holder.

  • Maximum 30 years
  • Age Limit of 70 years at maturity

Additional Fees

For associated costs, the approximate/estimated figures are as follows-

  1. Bank’s non-refundable arrangement fee: 0.5% of the Loan Amount
  2. Valuation Fee: on quotation basis
  3. Legal Fee: 1500 plus disbursements
  4. Other costs may include fire insurance etc.
  5. Fidentia Group Administration Fee: 0.5% on application and 0.5% on completion of the mortgage

No Early Repayment Penalties
